Important Notice for Automatic Debit Users

Due to changes in the format of the budget for 2007, a new ACH form must be filled out and returned to Mercantile Property Management in order for the automatic debit to continue.

We will debit your account for January and February under the old ACH form.

To continue your ACH deduction for March 1st without interruption, please download and fill out the appropriate form and return by February 28th.
